At ELK, we currently ship nationwide across Thailand.

🚚 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

📦 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us.

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, waist trainers, and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please process a return first, then place a new order for the desired item.
